My Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ:

I recently was made aware of a Knights Templar "good works idea" that is being introduced through several of the Priories in the United States of America. I was so impressed that I immediately contacted the founders, Chev. COL Craig & Chevse. Mo CARLSON, and asked if I could participate. These two VERY caring members of our beloved Order provided me with the materials that describe this program and the first two chapters of a book that COL. Carlson has written as a fictional depiction of the SILENT KNIGHT program in action, both of which follow at this site for your information and participation. I have now been "a practicing SILENT KNIGHT" for three months and can tell you first hand of the many wonderful and caring results that I have personally seen this program bring to the less fortunate, all while helping to train our youth about what it means to give back more to our society than we take from it.

Because the Knights Templar exists all around the world, I ask you to imagine as you read about this program all of the good works and positive accomplishments that can be made to happen if just some of us start this same program in each of our own nations or Grand Priories or Priories or Commanderies, or simply decide to become "A SILENT KNIGHT" as individual Knights and Dames. Through the SILENT KNIGHT program, we can, in fact, make ours a better society and this planet a better world.

So with that introduction, I urge you to read the following information on this unique way in which each of us can better serve others in need. Who better to ask how the program is to work, or how it can be implemented, or how it can be made better than the Templars "who invented it?"
